This is an appeal from a judgment in an action for damages upon a complaint brought by the appellant, Claudine Stull, against the appellees, Rotha C. Davidson and James R. Davidson, seeking to recover for alleged personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision which occurred at the intersection of two public streets in South Bend, Indiana.
