GURFEIN, District Judge:
This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court, Palmieri, J., confirming the Report of the Special Master, Dana M. Raymond, which awarded the plaintiff reasonable royalties for the defendants’ infringement of his patent in the amount of $344,000 with interest from the date of the filing of the Master’s Report, which denied injunctive relief, and which ordered a compulsory licensing on a reasonable royalty fixed by the Court in lieu thereof.
