MEMORANDUM ORDER AND OPINION
WILLIAM M. TAYLOR, Jr., District Judge.
This is an interpleader action instituted by Texas Western Financial Corporation to determine the claims asserted herein by the defendants to the sum of $3,077.76 which was being held by Texas Western prior to its deposit in this Court. Plaintiff’s original petition was filed in the 116th Judicial District Court in Dállas County, Texas. The suit was removed on the motion of the United States of America and is now properly before this Court.
