The task before the court is to determine the relative priorities among fifteen parties to the proceeds of a judgment entered against the Chapter 11 debtor, Robby’s Pancake House of Florida, Inc., prior to the filing of the debtor’s bankruptcy petition. The common denominator of the claimants is that each is a creditor of R.K.
