MEMORANDUM OPINION

Debtor Payless Cashways, Inc. (Payless) filed this adversary proceeding seeking to enjoin various taxing authorities from violating the discharge injunction pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1141 and the Order confirming Payless’ Plan of Reorganization (the Plan) by attempting to collect 1997 property taxes. Defendant Tippecanoe County, Indiana (Tippecanoe) filed a response. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(K) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1). For the reasons stated below,…
