ENTRY AFFIRMING BANKRUPTCY COURT’S DENIAL OF MOTION FOR ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE

BARKER, Chief Judge.

Appellant Marion County Treasurer (the “Treasurer”) appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s decision denying the Treasurer’s Motion for an Order Directing Payment of Administrative Expense or in the Alternative to Dismiss (the “Motion”). For the reasons discussed below, the Bankruptcy Court’s decision is affirmed.

I. BACKGROUND
