Sheila Palmer, the Platte County, Missouri Collector of Revenue (“Platte County”), filed a Motion to Dismiss the Chapter 13 bankruptcy case filed by Debtors James and Melba Donahue on the ground that they failed to pay their 2012 and 2013 real and personal property taxes, and because they failed to submit their property tax assessment form for the year 2014.
