This appeal by the defendant is taken from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas which overruled the defendant zoning board of appeals and ordered the issuance of a building permit by the building inspector of the town of Glastonbury to the plaintiffs for the construction of a motor vehicle service station. The property which is the subject matter of this action has been used as a gasoline filling station and for motor vehicle sales and repairs since 1927.
