This is an appeal taken from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Southern Division, denying a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

Appellant’s alleged father, Young Ng, was bom in the United States on August 1, 1887, and has resided here ever since, except for three trips to China: January, 1908, to June, 1910; November 6, 1915, to July 19, 1917.
