I. INTRODUCTION

Petitioner David Jackson (“Jackson”) brings a petition asking the Court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, seeking reversal of his convictions in the Massachusetts Superior Court sitting in and for the County of Suffolk of murder in the first degree, armed robbery, and burglary.
