It is first urged in behalf of appellant that the Snperior Court erred in admitting over objections improper evidence offered by appellee. It is complained that upon leading questions put to one of appellant’s witnesses on cross-examination by appellee’s attorneys, the claim of right was based to put questions to other witnesses which it is said were so leading that they put into, the mouths of appellee’s own witnesses the answers desired.
