This matter comes to this court to review a judgment, or decision, of the Court of Tax Review of the state of Oklahoma, rendered upon the 19th of December, 1930, upon the second, third, fourth, and fifth causes of action in the matter of the protest of St. Louis-San Franscisco Railway Company, a corporation, against illegal and excessive tax levies for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1930, and ending June 30, 1931, by the county excise board of Woods county, Okla.
