James Dorsey appeals the superior court's denial of his writ of habeas corpus which alleged ineffective assistance of counsel by a Washington attorney who had sponsored a California attorney pro hac vice. Consolidated with that appeal is a personal restraint petition alleging ineffective assistance of counsel by the California attorney as well as newly discovered evidence. We affirm the trial court's decision on the writ of habeas corpus and dismiss the PRP.
