Appellant brought ejectment in the Menard circuit court, against appellees, to recover certain lots in the town of Petersburg, in said county. A trial resulted in a judgment for the plaintiff in ejectment. Defendants took a new trial under the statute, and filed this bill against appellant to set aside and remove as a cloud from the title of appellee Emma B. Gum to said lots, a deed from Nancy Clark to appellant, Mary F.
