The plaintiff, James Harnage (“Har-nage”), who is incarcerated within Connecticut’s correctional system, brings this civil rights action pro se pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1983. Because of the number of claims and defendants in this action, the claims have been separated into three groups. The claims at issue in the instant motion are the remaining claims in Counts One, Three, and Five of the plaintiffs Complaint (Doc.
