Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed August 13, 1975, which affirmed the decision of a referee sustaining an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits on the ground that she lost her employment through misconduct in connection therewith. Claimant worked for her last employer for about 14 years as a part-time salesperson. Approximately a month prior to taking a long weekend she informed her manager that she would not be available for work on May 9 or 10. She testified that this was the usual procedure…
