Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed January 13, 1992, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant was terminated from her employment after she had been absent without permission on April 18, 19, 20 and 23, 1990. Claimant admitted at the hearing that, although she had requested this leave time, it had not been approved by her supervisors.
