*494 This appeal presents the issue of whether a trial court abused its discretion in denying Plaintiff's motion to amend a timely-filed complaint alleging medical malpractice in order to clarify a defective Rule 9(j) certification where (1) the motion to amend is made after the statute of limitations has expired, but (2) the evidence is undisputed that the actual Rule 9(j) review took place before the complaint was filed.
