*547 Antonisha Alston, the administrator for the Estate of Antonio R. Bellamy ("the Administrator") appeals from the trial court's order dismissing Plaintiff's complaint under Rules 9(j) and 12(b)(6) as well as the court's denial of his motion to amend the pleadings. After review, we affirm the trial court's dismissal.
