Benvignati, appeals here an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing his appeal from a decision of the Philadelphia Civil Service Com1 mission (Commission). The Commissions decision upheld his dismissal from the Philadelphia Police Department. We affirm.
