Pending before the court is Plaintiffs Kevin Nixon (“Nixon”) and Brandon An-celet’s (“Ancelet”) Motion to Remand (# 5). Plaintiffs seek remand to state court of this personal injury action against Defendants Buryi Wheatley (“Wheatley”) and P D George Company (“George”), asserting that Defendants did not obtain written consent for removal from both Wheatley and George, Defendants failed to file a copy of the notice of removal with the state court in a timely manner, and Defendants waived their right to remove.
