J. BLAINE ANDERSON, Circuit Judge:

Claret Echeverry appeals his conviction of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 84.6; aiding and abetting, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841; and use of a communication facility to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Appellant Echeverry was indicted, tried, and convicted on charges stemming from a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) undercover operation which began in May, 1980. That conviction was reversed on appeal. United States v. Echeverry, 698 F.2d 375 (9th Cir.1983).
