This is an action for declaratory judgment originally brought by appellee, Jack Arney, against his insurer, Canal Insurance Company. Arney has been in the commercial trucking business for a number of years. On May 21, 1971, appellant issued its policy of liability insurance to appellee, granting coverage on certain tractors and trailers used in the business by Arney.
