This case arises from a contest in the probate court over who should be the personal representative and administrator or administratrix of a decedent’s estate. The primary issue litigated was whether the appellee, Annie Louise Thacker Standridge, was divorced from her prior husband at the time she married Carroll Wayne Standridge.
