MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GETTLEMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Hoogwegt U.S., Inc. has brought this maritime action alleging various breaches of contract in connection with the transport and delivery of approximately 800 tons of butter from the United States to Russia. In a three-count complaint, plaintiff has alleged that defendants Schenker International, Inc. (“Schenker”) (Count I), Sea Cargo Services, Inc. (“Sea Cargo”) (Count II) and Sea-Land Service, Inc. (“Sea-Land”) (Count III), each breached the contract for the transport of the butter and caused plaintiff to incur damages in excess…
