This action is a complaint in quo warranto. The complaint was filed by the State’s Attorney of Sangamon county, on the relation of Joseph Gallenbach et al. The complaint alleged that the defendants, George Knol, Sam Crow, George G. Brown, Ray Alsip and C. L.
