This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Sangamon County dismissing appellants’ complaint challenging the constitutionality of the Social Security Enabling Act of this State.

The Social Security Enabling Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1951, chap. 127, pars. 254b-! to 254^12,) authorizes the State to enter into a contract with the Federal Security Administrator for the purpose of extending benefits of the Federal Old Age and Survivors Insurance System to employees of the State of Illinois, or of any political subdivision of the State of Illinois, or of any instrumentality whose survivors…
