MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff commenced this action against his former employer, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (“Entergy”), on January 19, 2007, alleging that repeated incidents of same-sex sexual harassment at the workplace, and Entergy’s failure to take appropriate steps in response thereto, constitute a violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000b. 1 On March 31, 2008, Defendant moved for summary judgment, arguing that Plaintiff is unable, as a matter of law, to establish a prima facie case of hostile work environment, retaliation, or…
