The defendant has appealed to this court from an order denying her motion in arrest of judgment or, in the alternative, for a new trial, following her conviction by jury verdict of the crime of grand larceny. The thrust of her argument in arrest of judgment is that the information does not charge the crime of grand larceny; it charges petty larceny only. In support of her alternative motion she asserts several trial errors which denied her a fair trial. The assignments of error raise the same issues.
