This obscenity case arose from an undercover sting operation jointly managed by police in Dallas and the Los Angeles office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. 1 The operation culminated in a jury’s finding defendants California Publishers Liquidating Corporation (“CPLC”), Donald P.
