WELLFORD, Circuit Judge.
The five named defendants in this case were convicted of conspiracy under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d), as alleged members of the Detroit Mafia. Based on those convictions, the government sought a forfeiture against the defendants pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1968(a)(3), and the parties agreed to have the district judge decide the forfeiture amount.
