— Affirming.
The appellee and plaintiff below, Joanna E. Hargis, recovered a judgment in the Fayette circuit court against the appellant and defendant below, A. H. Hargis, whereby she was granted an absolute divorce, and by agreement she was adjudged alimony in the sum of $250 per month. Only about $600 was paid her by her divorced husband in satisfaction of her allowed alimony, and from time to time she filed separate actions against him in the Fayette circuit court to reduce to judgment the accumulated and unpaid amounts.
