The question presented by this appeal is what court has. jurisdiction of a suit based upon a return of KuHa, *497bona, brought in the court where the judgment sought to be collected was rendered, attacking as fraudulent a conveyance of land located in another county, the defendants residing and having been summoned in still a third county.
