This case arises under the Contract Disputes Act of 1978, as amended, 41 U.S.C. §§ 601-613. LAI Services, Inc. 1 (“LAI” or “Appellant”) appeals the December 31, 2007 decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (“ASBCA” or “Board”), denying LAI’s claim for additional compensation under its contract with the Department of Defense for materiel distribution services at the Defense Distribution Depot in San Diego, California.
