ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO AMEND AND PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO DISMISS

Two motions are currently before the Court: Defendant’s motion to file a second amended answer and Plaintiffs motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2).
