The relator on June 8, 1925 was indicted, tried and convicted in the Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County (No. 1052 May Sessions 1925) of fe-loniously stealing an automobile, (Act of May 1, 1919, P. L. 99), and was sentenced to the Eastern State Penitentiary for a term of not less than five years nor more than ten years. On June 8, 1930 he was paroled. On November 30, 1930, while on parole he was arrested in the State of New Jersey charged with the illegal possession of firearms and the larceny of an automobile, and on March 5, 1931 was found guilty and…
