ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND
GADOLA, District Judge.
Plaintiff initiated the instant action by filing his complaint on July 8, 1999 in the 36th Judicial District Court, State of Michigan, Civil Action No. 99-117308-NO. On July 16, 1999 plaintiff filed a second amended complaint. Both plaintiff and defendants are citizens of Michigan. See second amended complaint, ¶¶ 1-3. On October 4, 1999, defendants filed a notice of removal, seeking to remove the instant case to this Court. Shortly thereafter, on October 12, 1999, plaintiff filed his objection to removal.
