Plaintiff, Uncle Ben’s, Inc., is" suing defendants, Uncle Ben’s Pancake Houses, Inc., et al., for trademark infringement, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.
Defendants have submitted a motion to produce documents requested pursuant to a subpoena duces tecum. Plaintiff opposes the motion by relying on (a) the work product rule enunciated in Hickman v. Taylor, 329 U.S. 495, 67 *507S.Ct. 385, 91 L.Ed. 451, and (b) attorney-client privilege. By agreement, the parties have submitted the documents in question to the court.
