Appellee recovered judgment in an action of tort against appellants on the allegation that appellee and five co-workers, employes of appellants, were ordered by appellants, over the protest of appellee, to carry a hardwood log over rough, uneven and slippery ground, it be ing averred by appellee that tbe log was too heavy to be • safely carried by six men over such ground, and that appellants should have known this on the exercise of reasonable care.
