MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

McKEAGUE, District Judge.

This is an action for declaratory relief and breach of contract brought by plaintiffs against their insurers. Now before the Court is defendant Aetna Casualty and Surety Company’s (“Aetna”) motion for summary judgment as to 16 sites and partial summary judgment as to two sites. The Court having previously granted The Upjohn Company’s (“Upjohn”) motion for leave to file an amended complaint which dismissed twelve of the 26 sites from this action.
