This is an action brought by plaintiffs for the specific performance of an alleged contract by William Dawson and Emma S. Dawson, his wife, to leave their property to their children in equal shares. The defendants moved to dismiss the plaintiffs’ complaint for the reason that it fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. This motion was^granted. From the order of dismissal the,plaintiffs have appealed.
