Plaintiff contributed $65,000.00 to a closely held cooperation that was formed to acquire a gas station and convenient store business, and after that proffered purchase proved to be unsuccessful, plaintiff sued the corporation’s majority shareholders and the intended seller for compensatory and punitive damages.
