After remand in this capital post-conviction appeal, we address the appellant’s allegations of trial court error, prosecutorial misconduct, and ineffective assistance of counsel.

*409On December 24, 1990, Appellant and two companions, Gregory Tancemore and David Green, drove to a Philadelphia bar known as Woody’s Playhouse, where approximately thirty other patrons were present.
