I. INTRODUCTION
On September 4, 2002, Defendant Carlson Travel Network Associates, Inc. (“Carlson”) argued its Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. No. 13], and Plaintiffs William F. Healy (“Healy”) and Red Carpet Travel, Inc. (“Red Carpet”) argued their Cross Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [Doc. No. 17] before the undersigned United States District Judge.
