This matter involves an alleged breach of a Red Roof Inn franchise agreement. Before the Court are three motions: plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment, defendants’ motion to amend or correct their opposition to summary judgment, and defendants’ motion to strike plaintiffs affidavit. For the reasons explained below, the motion for partial summary judgment will be granted in part *144and denied in part; the motion to amend or correct will be granted; and the motion to strike plaintiffs affidavit will be denied.
