{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellants, Marilyn Seiler, Gary and Cathy McGinn, Bonnie and Richard Barna, Margaret Miller, and Fred Boubek, appeal the judgment of the Huron County Common Pleas Court granting the city of Norwalk’s motion for summary judgment and denying appellants’ motion for summary judgment.
