MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ALLEN SHARP, Chief Judge.
These cases are brought by Robert Morgan Grooms, pro se, an inmate at the Indiana State Prison.1 This court takes note of the proceedings that were had tele-phonically but on the record on September 3, 1991.
The defendant filed a motion for summary judgment on November 22, 1991, and complied with Lewis v. Faulkner, 689 F.2d 100 (7th Cir.1982).
