Before the Court is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 by Petitioner Leslie Parks (“Petitioner”). Dkt. 1 (“Petition”). Petitioner is incarcerated pursuant to his convictions of one count of Murder in the First Degree, one count of Robbery in the First Degree, one count of Attempted Robbery in the First Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
