ALLEN SHARP, Chief Judge.

Milton Hafner is an ordained minister in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and is married to Jacqueline Hafner. Milton Hafner is also a duly licensed attorney at law. The complaint of Jacqueline Hafner was filed October 3, 1984 and the complaint of Milton Hafner was filed on Decembér 10, 1984. Both complaints portend to invoke the jurisdiction of this court on the basis of diversity of citizenship under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1441.
