This personal injury action was brought against defendant-carrier to recover for injuries sustained when plaintff fell out of defendant’s taxi. The trial court, hearing the case without a jury, granted defendant’s motion for a finding at the close of plaintiffs evidence, and entered judgment in favor of defendant.
